The 2026 Rocky Mountain CyberSecurity Symposium (RMCS) offers a powerful convergence of innovation, education, and collaboration in the fight against cyber threats. Spanning four days, this hybrid event includes a cutting-edge pre-conference workshops followed by a dynamic mix of keynote sessions, breakout talks, and hands-on workshops across two distinct tracks: Technical and Awareness.
RMUG (Rocky Mountain Users Group) has convened at Casper College since 2022; with separate tracks alongside RMCS in later years). Ellucian Regional User Group (RUG) conferences are small, community-run gatherings where nearby colleges and universities that use Ellucian products (Banner, Colleague, PowerCampus, etc.) share how they do things—through peer presentations, Birds-of-a-Feather, vendor spotlights, and Q&A with Ellucian staff. They’re organized by volunteer user groups, often with Ellucian’s participation, and focus on practical, day-to-day workflows for functional and technical teams.
