Kent Brooks served as Chief Technology Officer/ Dean /and IT director at Higher Education Institutions in Wyoming, Oklahoma and New Mexico for nearly 30 years. The last 13 years at Casper College he has provided leadership for administrative computing, academic computing, networking

Clifford Stokes is currently the Director of Information Security for Florida State University. Formally the Chief Information Security Officer at Florida A&M University he has over 25 years of industry expertise with a depth of experience and strong performance results in a variety of business leadership/management and information security management roles. With
strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly structure complex situations, he develops and delivers solutions.
