NOTE: As our conference is being held the same week as the College National Finals Rodeo, all hotel rooms in Casper will sell out. The Venue
Casper College is an easy five-minute drive to downtown Casper and all of the evening events, this is the perfect location to stay. Uber and Car Rentals are available, but as the Uber cost is fairly expensive from the airport, we will provide a FREE shuttle service to and from the Casper International Airport (10 minutes away) so you may not even need to rent a car for this conference. Hiking, Biking, Shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and more are also just steps away. We are holding this event during the week of the College National Finals Rodeo which brings in people from all over the country.
